The Victorian house in Alexandra Park offered a great opportunity to develop a refurbishment design for modern living including victorian features to create a unique style.
Natural light and open space is the main feature of this project. The original house has been extended on the side and on the roof expanding the social spaces and projecting the kitchen and living room on the back garden filtered by a glazed roof and wall.
All the bathrooms have been renovated to a contemporary and minimal look.
The original narrow basement has been expanded delivering a usable space for the house services.
